This production line is a complete solution designed to deliver unmatched efficiency, consistency, and premium quality for food manufacturers, large restaurants, and central kitchens. Blending traditional Italian craftsmanship with advanced automation, this line is equipped with an optional customized proofing system, ensuring every pizza base is flawless and authentic in flavor. It is specially engineered to handle dough with 60%–78% water content, keeping the dough intact and undamaged throughout processing. After a series of precise rolling procedures, the dough sheet can reach a thickness of 2 mm, with adjustable width to meet various production requirements. The optional proofing system is one or two tunnels , the tunnels can also been assembled into the line ,either been assembled above the line for space saving.The integrated online proofing and pizza forming system allows the dough to be proofed directly on the line, eliminating manual tray placement, simplifying operation, and saving production time. With high configurability and capacity, the line easily adapts to different production scales and product types.

Proofing system
