The Servo Divider is designed to divide highly fermented dough into equal-weight portions while minimizing stress on the dough structure.
It is especially suitable for high hydration dough, long fermentation dough and breadcrumb bread production.
ü Since the main ram, the knife, and the dividing block are independently driven, the pressing force on the dough and the suction stroke are adjustable. By using a program that matches the dough properties and machine speed, and by flexibly setting the component operation timing and dividing mode, extremely high dividing accuracy is achieved.
ü The optional automatic weight correction control device performs high-precision weight correction even when dough batches are switched.
Long Service Life
ü The front panel and bottom plate of the dough chamber, which are main sliding parts, can be replaced by removing/installing bolts. The dividing block and sliding surfaces operate without contact. The dough chamber can be replaced as a complete unit. The oil distribution unit of the divider allows individual adjustment of oil supply to each lubrication point.
Easy Cleaning
ü With a single touch on the touch screen, components can be moved to the cleaning position.
ü The main ram and top knife, equipped with cleaning assistance devices, can be easily cleaned even on their back sides.
Easy Maintenance
ü The conveyor belt can be detached with one touch.
ü All motors are placed outside the machine frame, and the drive section is completely separated from the dough chamber, realizing an easy-access structure.
ü The number of lubrication points has been greatly reduced (by 50% compared to our conventional models), and lubrication timing information can be displayed
