ZLINE Flatbread Sheeting lines can process all kinds of dough’s, from common bread dough to strongly hydrated. Dough thickness can range from less than two millimeters to a few centimetres thick. Therefore, a wide variety of products and the market leading quality our customers can expect.
The working width ranging from 600mm – 1400mm, with a production capacity of up to 12,000kg of dough per hour.

Based on different food processing request, the flatbread sheeting line can be equipped with a automatic resting or proofing system ; Resting time can be controlled no matter you are going to rest/proof the continuous dough band or fresh product dough;

The proofing system is customized based on pizza's proofing time. One line can produce differnt sizes of pizza by changing the cutter mold. This line is abled to be connected with the tunnel oven, tomato sauce applicator, spiral cooler , freeezer and package machine.
