This automatic mooncake production line  is used for mooncake making, which is suitable  for soft&hard filling producing.This production line has touchscreen, PCL control, data storge in computer, inverter and  easy operation  strength.The nuts remain mostly intact with minimal oil leakage. After baking, the texture is crisp and light, with quick oil return for improved mouthfeel. This equipment ensures accurate mooncake portioning, well-defined surface patterns, precise alignment on the baking tray, and maintains the shape without deformation.
