• Fresh Donuts production line
Mixed dough will be shaped into a continuous dough band with ideal width and thicknessby our dough extruder and related thickness reduction stations;
Then, this unifrom dough will be transformed to the donuts and berliner stamping cutter . Especially making donuts, the center dough will be punching off by the related mechanism.
This line will align the fresh donuts into the conveyor which is connected with the automatic proffer. By proofing, frying, cooling, injection, coating and freezing or packing. The ideal donuts are finished.
