Puff Pastry Processing Line

 

 LINE INTRODUCTION

Automatic pastry sheet lamination line is used for producing dough sheet for puff pastry, Danish pastry, croissants, palmier, ect. The dough sheet can be made into round or rectangular, or square shape. Other special shapes can be customized by changing the cutting mold. 

The ratio of butter/ margarine and the dough can be adjusted as demand; 

This line is with automatic layer control system and compared with manual dough sheeter, it can save work labor cost, improve the production capacity and get much more stable quality of final product.

FAT PUMP 

Suitable for Margarine, butter, lard and other fat;

With liquid level detection, it can automatically control the start & stop of the conveyor belt according to the amount of fat;

With pressure sensor adjusting the fat feeding speed automatically. Ensure the output fat’s uniformity;

Adjustable nozzle width 250mm-290mm, thickness 2mm-20mm;

Equipment is convenient for disassembly, cleaning and maintenance

Dough laminator

Dough laminator is used to fold the dough wrapped with butter/margarine several times and creat the layers. 

One set of laminator can creat ≤8 layers; Output dough width is 400~600mm and thickness≤80mm; 

The numbers of laminators needed for a line is decided by the final product layers request. 

ZLINE is able to design the line just based on customer demand; also , we have different type of laminator for choosing like swing type and retractable type.

 LINE CONFIGURATION OPTION

Based on different capacity demand, ZLINE has the pastry sheet production line in output dough width of : 

600mm , 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1300mm, ect. 

Also, this line can be equippmend with a baking paper feeding machine to produce the pastry sheet warpped with baking paper or film. Then, connected with tunnel freezer and packing system to realize the pastry roll with paper/film full automatically and in a mass production volume. 

 HIGHLIGHTS OF PRODUCTION LINE

1. The line is equipped with video monitoring equipment, which can more conveniently observe the operation of the equipment at each key stage. 

2. The line is equipped with a remote control system, which can observe the abnormal data of the equipment in the background and optimize it remotely.

3. Thickness of the dough can be adjusted as per your request on the touch screen or button on the pressing machine. 

4. One-click switching between multiple products can be achieved by saving product recipes.

5. Full set of 304 stainless steel materials and world famous electrical components makes this line be strong enough even after long-term usage.

This pastry sheet production line is with the function of remote control. The customer only needs to supply the internet for our elcetrical cabinet then we can remotely control and fix the problems during production, which can reduce the down time and save the cost. 

Spare parts will be sent immediately by air express once it needs.
