It can make kinds of breads such as baguette, ciabatta, bagel, prestrel and etc. The cutter machine with special design can enable the production line to process the dough of a moisture content of 72%. Two sets of steel plates pat the dough gently to give it a regular shape while avoiding to damage the dough structure.These results in a bread that is similar in shape and texture to that of a handmade one.

The dough dividing machine press and shape the dough firstly, which divide and squeeze the dough into a continuous sheet. Then the divding cutter will cut the dough sheet into some parts accoring to the bread you need. The cutter can be changed to others for making different kinds of breads.
As we all known, the conveyor belt is used to deliver the dough to next craft. It is composed food-grade PU with drive roller. The length of the conveyor belt can be adjusted according to the production line, and there is a quick release switch for easy to store.
