BAGUETTE &CIABATTA LINE INTRODUCTION 

As you may know that the dough for making baguette and ciabatte is really soft and it is with many bubbles after fermenttaion. Too much moisture makes the dough will be sticked on the belt and makes the processing so tough to be finished automatically and successfully. 

After thousans of trials at our demo center, now we recommend you our this line which can handle dough of water content more than 70%-75%. It will treat the dough so gently and shape it as demand. 

Based on different capacity demand, we can supply the line with dough width of 600mm, 800, 1000, 1200mm or more.
