This production line is suitable for making baguette bread. The production line was designed with modular. The production line is composed of 2 satellites, one calibrator, one cross sheeter, 9 flour dusters, 2 different shaping machines, 3 dough conveyors, one cutting table, one dividing table, one curling table, one double-layer conveyor, one water sprayer, one rolling & twisting machine, 9 tray loading machines, and 2 flour sweepers. The entire line’s frame is constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel, available in 5 mm or 3 mm thickness. The programmable logic controller (PLC) of the entire line is supplied by Siemens. The equipment can be transported to the designated installation area. If there are door frame restrictions, they should meet ≥ (H2.4m, W2.4m).
