ZLINE’s high-hydration bread line is specially engineered to handle extremely soft and sticky doughs with hydration levels of up to 80%. It offers a smart, stress-free solution for industrial production of artisan-style Focaccia and Ciabatta, combining flexibility, efficiency, and product quality.

The complete production line usually includes a dough divider, two-roller dough sheeter, multi-roller dough rolling machine, forming machine, cutting table, strip arranging machine, panning machine, and flour sprinkling machine. But ZLINE support customization therefore can also be added according to customer needs.
