The production line is designed to produce the tortilla. With this production line, bakery factories can automate traditional tortilla production. The Tortilla line's equipment list is as follows: dough mixer,dough divider elevator, dough divider rounder, intermediate proofer, hot press machine, gas tunnel oven, cooling tower, stacker & counter

• Line Features

Bread size, thickness, proofing time, capacity can be designed by customers' requirements, according to their different project demand. This production line is equipped with Siemens PCL system for precise control, ensuring uniform thickness and consistent texture. The uniquely designed three-layer steel plate tunnel oven enables dual-layer baking with even heat distribution and visually appealing browning. Baking temperature and time are fully adjustable to meet customized product requirements. The entire line features high automation, superior production capacity, and user-friendly operation/maintenance. The finished tortillas retain authentic traditional flavor.

Dough mixing (with mixer)→Dough cutting→Inclined conveyor for dough transfer→Dough spiting and rounding→Dough proofing in fermentation chamber→Oven loading conveyor→Three-layer oven baking→Oven unloading conveyor→Tortilla pressing→Dough dropping/placement→Cooling conveyor line→Tortilla stacking line→Packaging line
