This line is designed for forming puff pastry. This line is widely used for medium-scale production. In general, its capacity can meet the annual production requirements of a medium-sized food factory. The entire production line mainly consists of five major sections: the dough sheeting unit, the butter layering and folding unit, the lamination unit, the dough strip dividing unit, and the forming unit.The entire production line is designed and equipped according to European standards, offering highly stable and reliable performance, and is widely applicable. This line is equipped with 2 sets of freezing tunnels , so that the customers don't need to separately build a freezing room. Of course, the freezing tunnel is optional. We support customers' customization.
