The quality of cake batter is essential to the final cake quality during continuous cake prodcution.
This series machine is suitable for sponge cake production which needs to blend the whole egg. Thanks to the advanced technology, this machine will finish the processing of raw materials mixing, storage and aeration automatically, then transporting the cake batter into the cake depositor.
More than one hundred recipe of cake mixing can be saved and managed on the Siemens PLC system. And cake batters of different specific gravity can be manufactured by this machine.
This system is with high automation and stable working performance. Full set of 304 stainless steel and world famous eletrical components makes this machine be dural enough.

• What is the competitiveness of equipment compared to peers?
1. All parts of the aeration head are processed using the Japanese Mazak CNC machining center and the Japanese Satik slow wire processing. The finish and dimensional accuracy of the parts are very high;
2. The spindle material inside theaeration head is made of aviation stainless steel material. The strength is high and the runout is small, which greatly improves the noise and jitter of the head in the actual production process and extends the service life of the mechanical seal inside the head to a great extent;
3. The whole machine assembly of the head is assembled in the dust-free constant temperature workshop. The hot and cold loading process is adopted in the assembly process, which greatly improves the stability of the head;
4.
