Line Introduction 

The production line is used to produce the mousse cakes. With this production line, bakery factories can automate traditional mousse cake production with low labor costs. The screw pump is imported by SEEPEX of Germany, and its protection system is Swissburg. The flow is precise which conveyed by German SEW motor.

For the aeration head, it is very important for making cakes, which is decided the softness of the breads. In this mousse cake production line, the cream is whipped by  aeration head, not egg yolk or egg white. After continuous whipping,the material is conveyed to the cake forming machine to ensure that the egg material has the same specific gravity during the production process, and the cake is more uniform, stable, beautiful appearance and good taste.

• Notes

All equipment must be installed on the ground.

The inflator must not be subjected by electromagnetic interference or influence.

Should not be affected by flash or strong light during using or install as well as image or strobe observer.

When the sound pressure reaches 80 decibels, we recommend that you wear ear protection; If the sound pressure persistently exceeds 85 decibels, you must wear ear protection.
