• Equipment details

The stirring structure of the egg white and egg yolk mixing tanks is the same as that of the 500 chiffon mixing tank , and there is only differences in size between them;

The body of tanks has only two layers. Due to the small size of the tank, it is very difficult to process a three-layer tank;

The maximum stirring capacity of the egg white mixing tank for one time is 30Kg/h; the structure of the stirring blade is simple, so it cannot stir evenly when the quantity is large;

The maximum stirring capacity of the egg yolk mixing tank is 50Kg/h for one time.

Production requirements

Chiffon: 50-120kg/h

Sponge: 30-80kg/h

Aeratoring specific gravity

Egg white: the minimum aeratoring specific gravity is 0.18;

Premix: the minimum aeratoring specific gravity is 0.3 (details depend on process and formula);

Sponge: the minimum aeratoring specific gravity is 0.35 (details depend on process and formula).
